I notice that when I do oil change the oil drain bolt is loose. I replaced the washer and torque it to 27ft/lbs every oil change.

Hi,
If that is the original mileage, we may simply have threads that are worn and allow it to get loose.
As a test, use Teflon tape on the drain plug threads before installing it, and then torque it to spec. See if it remains tight. (certainly, inspect it before the next change)
Try this and let me know what you find.
Take care,
Joe
Note: If you haven't already, make sure to replace the drain plug as well.
