Replace the oil cooler and it is still leaking oil into the antique down the engine. Do I have to replace PC v valve also?I don't understand.

Where did you get the new cooler and it's seals? Have seen the ebay specials leak many times. The cooler, valve covers and the oil pressure sensor on the cooler are the common oil leaks on that engine. If you have access to an endoscope type camera you can snake it in from the transaxle side and look up at the seals on the cooler to see if they are the leaking item. I've done so many of them that I keep 2 on the shelf all the time, the Dorman aluminum one seems to do real good with the newest updated plastic until I get from the dealer a sort of close second. I would look for the leak then if it's still the cooler pull it back apart and look close at the seals. If they look evenly compressed then look at the cooler itself, I've seen them leak where the cooler unit attaches to the base assembly. Don't reuse the gaskets even if they look OK.

Well, thank you, Steve. Yes, I have bought the oil cooler at O'reilly's auto parts that had a 90 day warranty or 1 year or something like has expired, but then another guy said it could be the PC V valve, not letting the engine vacuum breathe. That's why it was spitting oil out over the intake Does that sound right to you. Thank you for your time and patience.

OK if it's oil around the intake and not down in the valley of the engine, it could be the PCV, I would pull the hose off and see if it's plugged with oil. Replacing it isn't hard, pull off the engine cover, remove the hose from the valve, remove the two screws and then the valve. Replace it and the screws get tightened to about 3 ft lb (good and snug works) Put the hose back on.
