Hi, and thank you for using 2CarPros. If you just recently had an oil change then you should take it back/tow back to the shop that did the oil change. The drain plug may be lose or drain plug gasket leaking. Or you could have a leaking oil filter. Either way you need to have the vehicle in the air to inspect.
Also I would not touch anything as well. If you start to tamper with the plug or filter the shop can deny it was there workmanship. Shops usually put a tamper seal around there drain plugs and filters. You can raise the vehicle using a floor jack and using jack stands to secure the vehicle and get under so you can inspect and take pictures before you take it back.
