Oil coming from throttle

My car experience: slow acceleration.
Some loss of power.
Oil coming from throttle and intake air filter cover.
When operate AC, engine seem to go to stop.

Hello,

This can be caused by two problems; either you have excessive blow by which forces oil in to the intake or you have and pressure vent control issue. Please start the engine and allow it to run. Then remove the oil cap to see if huge pressure is exiting the engine. Next check the PCV valve here is the location below.

Ya, there is an air when putting hand on the filler cap, but pcv seems ok.

Yep excessive blow by means the piston rings are worn out here is a guide to help you see what you are in for when changing them out.
