oil and water mixing

Hi, i have got a problem on my vehicle the water and oil did mix. so I did head gasket pressure test and skim head. Now the van is mixing the oil and water again. not even a week and it is not overheating and i am even driving it. Can there be an oil cooler on it maybe and mixing in there? can anyone help?

We do not have that vehicle here in the US so I cannot confirm if it has an engine oil cooler but if it does, that most definitely can be your problem. If the oil has a reddish tinge, it could be transmission fluid from a leaking cooler in the radiator.

Its cool I put some wonder weld in and is solved my engineers says there is a crack in block so I throw wonder weld in and its good thanks.

I have never heard of wonder weld, please let us know if the fix stays good.
