Oil and water in exhaust pipe?

Wondering if this is sign of engine wear or gasket where somewhere in the vehicle when you have black wet product in the tailpipe.

It depends on the product, there will be soot and water which is normal, but oil and water is not, I would take a sample and let is dry it see if it is oily, also check the engine oil level to see if it is low which can be a clue as well. Let me know.
