Odd noises when accelerating?

Hello,

I have a mysterious issue that has been plaguing me for the past 2 months whenever accelerating from a stop I hear a clicking sound but only when I give light gas, also when giving my car full throttle I can hear a repetitive squeak like sound with a metallic tone to it. All the mentioned noises do not happen when stationary and revving the engine etc, I have changed the upper control arms and the brakes and PCV valve until now and am getting desprate.

Yep, this happens when the CV axles need to be replaced, but to be sure can you please upload a short video of the issue? Here is how to change the CV axles out in case you need them. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Hi, I have been suspecting the CV axles but I’m just not sure I have a video of the noise it makes when it’s in the air and that’s different to the clicking/clunking noise it makes when on the ground. Tell me what you think I hope it’s audible.

Thanks for the videos they help, it sounds like the bearing hubs are bad not the CV axles but since they have this many miles I would change them and the bearing hubs, here is how to swap out the bearing hub is help fix the problem. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Thank you for the tips. It actually turned out that my axles and bearing are both good. I went to a mechanic to check it out the clicking sound turns out to be my aftermarket dip stick slapping against the hood of my car.
