odd noise coming from behind the driver-side dash

Thanks for the video, it helps. I need to ask, does anything change the noise time or pitch like when driving or stopped? Do you have anything strange happening with the car like warning lights on or just the noise? It sounds like a relay is clicking away but there are many relays under the dash, we need to see which one it is or where the noise is originating from. Right or left side of dash? etc. You can use your hand and follow the noise until you feel the location or near the location. Please let us know.

Hey Ken, thanks for the reply. Noise is on the driver's side, low, near mid-dash. My best guess is the actuator for the air mix. Nothing changes tempo though. Driven, parked, AC/heat, fan on/off, temperature up/down. Same sound. The only difference is the sound is minimal when first started and increases in volume within ten minutes. I'm too big to get down there to pull the cover and investigate further. A couple Google videos seem to roughly identify a similar sound as the air mix actuator. Since I can't physically get in there, I'm probably looking at paying out the nose to fix it. I can deal with the noise, but the wife can't. Heat and cool still seem to get where it's supposed to go, so I'm not 100% sure of the diagnosis. Perhaps it's on the way out and will fail completely at some point. Need some little dude to get in there.

Also, no lights or warnings. I have one of those diagnostic chips, but no-fault codes thrown. I thought of a relay, but it does not sound quite like a relay, in my opinion. It is more mechanical than a clicking relay. I think a relay would be more 'even' sounding too. Again, in my opinion and experience with faulty relays.

Yep, I thought it might be an actuator but wasn't sure. Here are the locations of the actuators so maybe it can help you pinpoint the source of the noise. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
