My 2010 V6 Mustang occasionally stalls at low speeds and when stopped in traffic.

The first occurrence triggered a Ho2s DTC Code , replaced that with a new denso sensor but the issue persisted .

The second occurrence was at a drive thru the car stalled multiple times I had to rev it and throw it into drive to get it moving it was driving in limp mode and gave a P0401 DTC Code for the EGR

I Cleaned the mass air flow , DPFE , and throttle body it improved but remained persistent again.

Since then I've replaced the spark plugs for new motorcraft plugs and it improved again slightly.

Any trouble shooting recommendations , the p0401 didnt come back after resetting and cleaning the MAF and Throttle Body as well as the DPFE sensor.

But if its a suspect I can also replace or clean it .

To me is sounds like you have a vacuum leak, I would check the PCV line which failures are common. Here is a video to help you check for leaks.

Also, here is a guide to go over as well

If the EGR valve is leaking it will cause this issue as well, here is a video to help test it.

Clear the codes once everything has been repaired, checked and let me know what happens. Ken
