OBD2 wire cut need location?

I swapped everything from my mountaineer into my ranger and I found a wire (light blue/ white stripe) that looks like it got severed. Its pin #7 on the OBD2 port and everything says it’s an iso/K-line communication wire that goes to the GEM, but I cannot find the other severed end or a diagram that shows where the wire goes to from the port.

The light blu/white wire goes to the joint connection for several systems which is near the brake out to relay module. Here is the wiring diagram for the data link connector so you can see what I am talking about. Check out the images (below).
