OBD2 Port not working?

My OBD2 port is not getting power. I am hoping that it's just a fuse, but I wanted to know which fuse to replace. Can you tell me what fuse is shared on this van?

Hi,

Power to pin 16 on the data link connector (DLC) comes from fuse 11 in the smart junction box under the left side of the dash.

I attached the Computer Data Line information schematic below and highlighted the supply. Also, I attached a pinout of the DLC connector and the fuse location within the box. Remember, pin 16 should have power at all times.
