There is no power going to OBD 2 connector?

I am also attaching a wiring diagram for the OBD 2 connector and the connector end view.

On the connector itself it looks like 8 and 16 should have power. You can use the test light to check for power at those terminals while referencing the connector end view image I have included and connecting to a known good ground.

I have also sent a diagram of the fuse box and highlighted the fuses that give power to that connector according to my info.

My information is telling me the fuse box for the OBD 2 connector is in the vehicle behind the right end of the dash. Let me know if you can find it because my information isn't telling me a more exact location. I will continue to look for you though.

Also, a lot of times this connector is on the same circuit as the radio or a power adapter. I would check everything like that in the car and let me know if anything else doesn't have any power or isn't working.

Read the article and do some testing on the fuses as well as testing any other interior accessories and let me know what you find. Once we eliminate some things we can go from there and see if we can get this working for you.
