OBD2 Fuse location

Service Engine Soon light came on last Monday morning, first cold morning of season. Has been on continuously since. Went for OBD2 scan at two different locations and blank screens on all three scanners tried. Conclusion, no power to port. Could you please share with me which fuse powers the OBD2 port on the vehicle listed above?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

Hello,

It does sound like blown fuse.
Check the fuse number 3 and 7 on the fuse box, which is located on the left side of the dash panel. They both should be 10A.
