OBD2 - connection, unable to connect to the ECU?

If you connect MUT-II original Mitsubishi diagnostics to je port, it starts to blink out the codes to dashboard, but we are unable to connect to the ECU.

Can you connect with a regular scanner? Your MUT-II original might be bad, also check the fuse #11 the Multipurpose behind the left side of dash fuse panel. here is a guide and the fuse location in the diagrams below:
