Question about the OBD2, why and what does this mean? The Inc and N/a, I know I had Air conditioning, and the exhaust system seems like it could be clogged or switched . I’m a amateur and lost at this. Any information could help. Thanks

Those are the monitor PID status. INC means incomplete, N/A means that test isn't applicable to your vehicle. In this case the MIL is on, the Catalyst, EVAP, O2 and O2 heater monitors haven't run. These monitors reset if the codes are cleared, or the battery is disconnected.
