OBD2 is not working?

Hi,

I attached a pic below showing the data link connector. Check pin 16 (highlighted) for power. It should have power at all times regardless of the key position.

If there is no power, then I need you to check the cigarette lighter fuse in the instrument panel fuse box. That fuse is used to power pin 16 in the DLC. See pics 2 and 3.

When you check the fuse, it is important to confirm there is power to and from the fuse.
