will not turn on my Foxwell scanner?

i have power to my obd2 port, but it will not turn on my Foxwell scanner, the scanner works on all other vehicles.

i did check all fuses and chased wiring.

Did you check for power grounds at the data port connector? This guide can help you test it, and I have included the data port wiring so you can see which wires to test.
