OBD scanner error

I used the car scanner on my car and it said i have to remove “after market accessories” i have never gotten that message and i don't know what to do.

Hi and welcome to 2CarPros. I do not believe I have ever seen a car throw a code for having after market accessories? Maybe the diagnostic procedure would indicate that? Can you provide the fault codes you got so we can look into it? Thank you in advance and hope to hear back from you soon.
