No power to the OBD port which fuse should I check?

No power to the OBD port, wonder which fuse number I should check first.

Hello, power for the DLC (pin 16) comes from the LTR Fuse 53 20amp in the under-hood fuse block. I'll post a wiring diagram of the circuit as well.

Here is the wiring diagrams for the Data link connector, notice power also goes to the I/P Accessory power outlet, so I would make sure nothing fell into the power outlet and shorted it out, blowing the fuse.
