OBD II code

2010 TOYOTA COROLLA
117,600 MILES • 4 CYL • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

Code C1201. I've jumped #4 and 12 on the OBD slots, reset the codes. Car still has "VSC" Flashing on my dash as well as check engine light on.

I attached the possibilities and the flow chart below for the code. I could be the engine ECM but depends on the motor that is in the car.

Why did you jump those 2 pins?
