OBD connector not working

OBD connector is not working. I was told that it could be a blown fuse, but I don’t know which fuse is the one connected to the vehicle.

Hello,

Check the fuse box under the dash. It should be number 9 (I have attached the diagram below).
That fuse is likely blown.

Checked the fuse. It’s not blown but I tried replacing it anyway and it’s still doing the same thing.

Have you got a chance to look at the wires behind the OBD port?
I have seen the pins coming undone and that will lead to no power or no connection to the scanner.
