No communication?

I believe the scanner will read both OBDII and CAN but not sure.

I attached the diagram of the data link connector.

Pin 16 needs power and 4 needs to be grounded.

Pin 2 and 10 are the serial data lines that communicate with the modules. Use an ohmmeter across 2 and 10 and you should have 60 ohms.
