So, I got codes p2096 and p0137. AutoZone said run Cataclean to clean catalytic converter. The code went away then came back after a day or 2. I did that 3 times. Then I decided to replace the O2 sensor for bank 1 sensor 2. I cleared the code, and it came back with p2096, p0137, and now p013a. What should I do besides clean fuel injectors? I cleaned the MAF with MAF cleaner and did not touch the inside wires.

These are all for the downstream oxygen sensor, here is a guide to help you change it out, also check for exhaust leaks which can cause this issue as well. Please check out these guides:

Here is more information on the problem:

The codes you provided, P2096, P0137, and P013A, are related to the oxygen sensor in a vehicle. Here's a brief explanation of each code:

P2096: This code indicates a post catalyst fuel trim system too lean in bank 1.

P0137: This code points to a low voltage condition for the downstream oxygen sensor (sensor 2) in bank 1.

P013A: This code indicates a slow response from the oxygen sensor in bank 1, sensor 2.
