O2 sensor and fuel trim

This is a technical question.
Why at fully open throttle the o2 sensor goes rich?
does it stay rich all time when the throttle is fully open.
what about fuel trim? Does the computer add fuel or take fuel at fully open throttle?

The computer adds more fuel during acceleration and then reduces it as needed when the load reduces.

On 10/17/2016 the check engine light came on.

U110C Lost fuel level message.
U0141 Lost communication with body control module A.
U1411 Implausible fuel volume signal received.
U110E Lost ambient temperature message.
P0700.
U0002 High Speed CAN communication bus performance.

What is the troubleshooting and where is the Body Control Module is located?

Today on 10/18/2016 no more heck engine light however the code are still stored

Those are all communication errors, mostly concerning body functions. The BCM is incorporated into the TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) which is the main fuse box in the engine compartment. This can be access using an enhanced scan tool for diagnosis.

What can cause an intermittent check engine light? Any one of a couple hundred different possible codes that are for intermittent problems.

I got a TIPM from junk yard. Do I need to program the tipm or its a plug and play device
