I ran through a deep puddle of water and noticed my engine light came on. The car drives just find I do not notice anything different. I used a Blue Driver code reader and this is what came up. (O2 Sensor Delayed Response - Lean to Rich Bank 2 Sensor 1) I've been driving the car thinking it was wet and it would fix itself, I just checked it out again and the code is still there. I drove about 200 miles since this happened. Could you help me with this? thank you.

Hello,

Have you tried to clear the code? If it was just due to being wet then if you clear the code it will not come back on. If the issue still exists then the engine light will come back on.

Here is a helpful video:

The water could have damaged the sensor or could have corroded the connection. Do a visual inspection of the connector and clean if necessary. And clear the code.
If you still have the light come back then likely you will have to replace the sensor.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.

I cleared the engine light, it does not come back on, but when I run the reader again it shows me the code and says I cannot delete because there is still a problem.

The engine light will trigger if there is an active problem. However the codes will stay in the history for certain period of time. And if the problem does not exist it should clear.
