In most cases, you will need to check the fuel pressure to be sure the fuel pump is providing the correct pressure. I posted the pressure required below. You can rent a tester at a parts store for the test. If it is low, the pump will have to be replaced.
Fuel Pressure
Fuel pressure at idle .................... Approximately 350 kPa (3.57 kg/sq. cm, 51 psi)
The O2 sensor you have circled it shows bracket is 18 ft pounds and the sensor is 37. is that right?

Would a air fuel ratio sensor bank 1 cause a random misfire in 2 or more cylinder?

I doubt it very much.
As I stated before, I would verify fuel pressure. Low fuel pressure from a weak pump is the most common failure for that code.
