My driver seat moves around because it needs a new nut to hold the seat down, but I do not know the size it needs.

I would remove one of the other nuts that secure the seat and take it to a parts store and have them match it up for you.
There are several sizes for the seats. There are 3/8 16, 3/8 24. 10mm 1.5 are among a few different sizes.
