It bolts on top of the ignition switch. One bolt a stud that has threads you just set it on. The other bolt goes to the column through the switch the neutral safety switch is at the bottom of the column. You need to go under the dash and it is wrapped around the bottom of the column. It is held by 2 5/16 bolts.
