Nothing working inside car

What would cause the power door locks, dash lights, gauges and interior lights not to work?

If everything is out, just as though the battery was disconnected, follow the smaller battery positive wire to the under-hood fuse box. Be sure that connection is clean and tight where it is bolted on. Follow the smaller battery negative wire to the body and be sure that connection is tight and not rusty.
