Coil arching causing no start. Bought a new distributor wires and plugs. Fuel is still getting through but not turning over.

If the coil is arcing, yes that can cause a no start. Have you replaced the coil as well? Where on the coil do you see the arc? I ask because the coil should be in the distributor and I'm confused how you know it is arcing. Take a look at the picture I attached. To the best of my knowledge, that isn't a serviceable part.

Just got it back from the dealership to have it diagnose and they sent me an email on why it's not turning over. Yes, it was because of the distributor, so I bought a brand new one and it still wont start.

They said it was in the distributor.

That makes sense. Are they now getting spark to the plugs and it still not starting?

Yeah, took out some of plug wires just to see if they have spark and they all do.

Okay, if you have spark then it's likely a fuel related issue. Do me another favor. See if it starts for a couple seconds using starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we will know it's fuel related. Since you have spark, then the coil is working.
I will watch for your reply. Also, can you record the engine cranking so I can hear it? It could even be a timing issue, but I would think a dealership would have recognized that.
