Car is not accelerating right

Hello, this morning i turned my car on and everything was fine and as I get down the street my car is not accelerating right, kind of felt like I was in neutral . So I took it to the shop and they found a code P1759 which is the front brake solenoid valve function. They said it’s basically my car puts its self into third gear . I’ve never had any other problems with my car . I only have 90,000 miles on my car if that helps . Not sure what else to do .
