Not starting and key will not come out of ignition

Starter was making clicking noise I tightened the bolt and now it will not start, and my key is stuck in ignition. Lights are bright and working.

Hi,

It sounds like a failed fuse. The ignition B fuse in the under-hood fuse box is where I would start. When checking the fuse, not only is it important to confirm the fuse is good, but also you should check to confirm it is receiving power.
