My Toyota Harrier once overheated and then I gave the cylinder heads to the engineers they skimmed and reconditioned the cylinder heads. When I then fitted the heads, the car is not starting at all. What could be the problem?

First check around that everything is plugged in, cam sensor, crank sensor, ECT sensor, all ground straps are connected. After that The first thing you may need to is make sure your timing is set correctly at the timing belt.

If you didnt bother to check timing when installing your head. Then I am willing to bet that is your issue. Here is a photo of sensor locations on a 1999 camry 2.2L
