Hello,
Did you have the no start issue before the fuel was got replaced?
Can you hear the fuel pump come on with the key to the On position?
If you cannot hear the pump it not be getting power. It could be due to a faulty fuel pump relay or bad wiring to the pump.

First check the relay. The relay is located under the hood, right side of the engine compartment, in the fuse box.
Check the relay for corrosion or bunt pin(s).
you can also test the relay as well:

If the relay is good, check to see if you are getting power to the fuel pump. You will need to use a voltmeter to check that.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.
Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
