Intermittent not starting

Van won't fire up the engine, all the electrical components are on. But engine intermittently refuses to turn over. I replaced the starter relay and it ran good for a week now it won't start

Good morning,

Does the engine crank over? Trying to find out if the engine starter motor is working.

No, the engine is silent. Yet when it does fire up it is strong, as though nothing is wrong.

Do you have a voltmeter to do some checking? I attached wiring diagrams for you so we can do some checks.

We need to check the actual voltages at the relay.
