If it isn't starting, either there is no spark to the plugs, no fuel getting into the engine, low engine compression, or the timing is off.
Here is what I need you to try for me. See if it starts for a couple of seconds using starting fluid. If it starts and then stalls, we know it is a fuel-related issue. If there is no change at all, then it is likely ignition. If that is the case, we need to check. Here is a link that shows how to check for spark:

Next, if it's possible, record cranking and upload it so I can hear it. It may help me. Additionally, let me know if the vehicle has been sitting for a long period of time. I have seen these vehicles have low compression from sitting because the cylinder walls drain the oil off and actually require a small amount of oil to be placed in each cylinder, so it builds better compression and starts. So, if we have both spark and fuel and it won't start, that is the next thing we will need to check.
