Not starting after replacing the starter?

Put a new starter and when I turn the key on I only get a clicking sound from the starter. The cigarette lighter is not working, electric door locks not working, hazard lights are not working, and the alarm will not lock and unlock the doors. I have to use the key to open the door. Can you help me with this?

Hi,

The first thing I need you to check is if the battery terminals are both clean and tight. If they are, confirm the negative cable from the battery to the engine block is also in good condition.
