Got in an accident a few days ago, now it wont start?

I got in an accident a few days ago, now it wont start. I do have a spark on all plugs. The fuel pump wont pressurize when trying to start, but manually jumping the fuel pump I have 40 psi at the fuel rail. With fuel pump manually running it still wont start. Inertia switch and all fuses/relays are good.

It sounds like the ECC power relay is not working. To be sure here is a guide to help test it with the engine wiring diagrams so you can see how the stem works along with the PCM relay location:
