The car hasn't been operating for the past ten years. I tried to start it, but it didn't start. Then I did the service, replaced the fuel pump, and cleaned the crankshaft position sensor and the fly wheel. The immobilizer is functioning well, and I even bypassed the ECU ground cable pin 39 but it doesn't want to start. What could be the problem?

Hello,

For a petrol engine to start we require three things,
Fuel
Spark
Compression

Ensure that you have clean fuel in the tank and in the lines, check the fuel pressure.
Fuel pressure should be around 4 bar
Ensure that the fuel injectors are spraying, not stuck or not getting impulse.
Impulse testing can be done by using a Noid light.

Check that you have spark when cranking the engine

Carry out a compression test, you should see 10-12 bar on each cylinder.
