So, I have the car listed above Cobra model and I was driving one night and I kind of hit a dip on the road a little hard, as soon as I did the power to the car went out, and before this I had no issues with it turning on or anything. So, I tried to jump it, nothing it would only crank but not completely start. I also noticed on my cluster where my mileage would be it was replaced by “——“ little dashes. So, I thought fuel pump at first, it’s good, checked the fuses all good, I have no fuel pressure, those dashes on the cluster and I even tried to plug in a scanner to read any codes but it only gives me “21000” which is basically an error code if I'm correct. There is no theft light, ABS light or check engine no lights showing just simply will not connect to my scanner, only shows the dashes and will crank but not turn over. I'm thinking to replace the CCRM has maybe it is the relay of the PCM inside the CCRM but would like to receive some other ideas before I proceed thank you for reading.

Hello,

This could have tripped the inertia/fuel shut off switch located in the trunk.
That switch is designed to cut off fuel flow in the event of a collision to prevent fire.

Try resetting the switch.

I have attached diagrams below for your reference.

Let me know of any questions.
Thank you.

So, you said the fuel pump is turning on? But you are not getting any pressure?

No, I don’t know exactly know if it is or not, I don’t hear it prime but if it were a fuel pump issue why would the miles on my gauge turn to dashes and not let me connect my device to read a code it should be showing if the pump was out. I also just checked the volts on the CCRM module and connection. The connection has good volts but the module itself reads less than 1, so I assume that is my problem. Let me know if you have any other ideas too, please.

I think the strange part is that mileage is not showing.
CCRM could be the culprit, as it contains the fuel pump relay as well as the PCM power relay.
But just hitting a dip on the road just does not make sense.
Also, you should be able to hear the pump prime for a few seconds when the key is in on position.

I'm thinking it got either knocked loose when I did hit the dip or just happened to fry. I went ahead and ordered a new CCRM from LMR, will post if it works or not just in case others have this issue. If you have any other ideas again, please let me know. Thank you

I have seen the clusters go out (short) itself which will cause these issues. To be sure though a CAN scan should bring something up. You can get a CAN scanner from Amazon for about $30.00.

Here is a video to show you how:

Here is a scanner link:

Here is how you can change the cluster out. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Okay, so, I was just seeing what else I could do and I also realized I had no coolant cycling, whenever the car is on the on position, octane. So, whenever the car is in the on position it will cycle coolant. So, no fuel pressure, no coolant cycling. Not sure if that can lead to another idea.

I am not sure what you are saying about coolant cycle? Does it have an electric water pump or axillary pump?

That is no standard equipment so we have no information on it, but you can check if it is getting power and guide if you use a test light.

This guide will help show you how:

Please run down this guide and report back.
