start and run for a split second?

So, it won’t start, sometimes it’ll start and run for a split second. I changed the TIPM. It has fuel pressure. It cranks over fine. Could it be spark plugs? I had a code that says low system voltage. But that’s all.

Yes, it could be the spark plugs if they are carbon fouled. I would try starting fluid to see if that changes anything. I would check for spark as well because I have seen the crankshaft sensor go out and cause this issue, also can I ask if the security light is flashing while you crank it over?
