It sounds like two possibilities here. You either have an open in the wire going to the fuel pump or your ground could be bad. Let's start with the easier of the two and check the ground first. The ground that controls the fuel pump is actually the ground for the fuel pump control module, which controls the fuel pump. It is ground #408 and is located below the center of the rear pkg tray. Make sure that this ground is clean, tight, corrosion free, and making good metal to metal contact. I have included a wiring diagram of your vehicle's fuel pump circuit in the diagrams down below.
