Not starting

The engine turns, it does not start.

OK you need to determine if you have spark and fuel. For that you need a spark tester and a fuel pressure test gauge. Do you hear the fuel pump turn on? What occurred prior to this problem? Any warning lights on the dash?

There is not fuel pressure, spark yes, there is no power to the shut-off switch, new fuel relay

Start at the pump fuse and trace the power to the pump. Only takes one bad/broken connection to kill the power.
