Not shifting out of first?

It goes in reverse and drive just fine but won't shift out of first gear. Not even manually

The first thing to do is check the transmission fluid level, if you have not already. If the level is okay check the TV cable at the throttle body. Here is a guide that can help and please check out the image below:
