Not shifting

2002 CHEVROLET TAHOE
250,000 MILES • 5.4L • V8 • 4WD • AUTOMATIC

Performed transfer case pump repair.
New pump housing.
New case cover.
Now wont shift passed second gear.
And that must be done manually.

Sorry I forgot to mention the ABS light is on.

Does the speedometer work?

Are there any codes stored?

I need the ABS code as well.

The speed sensor and the TPS are responsible for the shifting times.
