Not pulling when get warm

After a drive through water one day, My car listed above w203 does not want to pull after a 70 km drive, unless it cools downs first. please assist.

Hello,

What happens is the catalytic converter is super hot then when you go through water it cools it and can break apart the material inside. To confirm the issue here is a guide to help us:
