Not moving started whining?

I never had a transmission fluid change or drained but i let some put 1 gallon of trasmission fluid in my car two days ago and the next day , it started whinning but i kept driving then couple hours later the gears started slipping and now it wont move , it will crank and go into gear , is it saveable?

The transmission could have too much or too little fluid in it, lets try a drain a refill, here is a guide to help with instructions for your car in the images below.
