Okay. Is there a way you can get a video of what it sounds like when it is cranking? If you confirmed there is spark on all cylinders and you introduced fuel and it is still not firing, then that leaves compression. Because an engine needs compression, ignition at the correct time and fuel.
Again it appears it is compression just because you said it has spark, and it is timed correctly so we may need to run a compression check. If this checks out, then we may need to verify timing.
