It won't start, horn blows, radio still come on?

My car stopped on me while driving on the highway. It won't start, horn blows, radio still come on. Got battery tested and it was still good.

So does the engine crank over and not run? or does the engine not crank over? Also, does the car have gas in it? Sometimes the gas gauge can break not telling you the car is out of gas. It sounds like the crankshaft sensor went bad or the fuel pump has gone out. Please go over this video so I can help you fix it.

When I try to crank it whines. Yes I had gas in the car. Soon it stopped the battery light and some other symbols came on the dashboard.

Yep, this is a sign the battery is no good or the engine is locked up, I can tell for sure if you send me a video of the engine when you try to crank it over. Also you can take the battery down to the auto part store where they will test it for you for free.

Had the battery tested it was good. The car is currently at the repair shop.

Found out that the timing belt had snapped.
