I just replaced battery, battery cables, and starter. I manually turned the engine to see if it has seized and it moves. All I get from turning the engine is clicking.

Hello I'm Tom.

So when you say turning the engine you mean turning the key into the crank position correct? If so, when you try to start it and your in the cranking position your getting a clicking this means you have low voltage at the starter and the starter solenoid is clicking because of it. If you have a new battery and starter then one of two things are happening. One there is a bad connection at the battery terminals or at the starter or two the battery itself is not fully charged. So make sure the battery cables are on tight on both terminals make sure the negative cable where it connects to the engine block is tight and make sure the positive cable at the starter is nice and tight as well. If all those things are good and tight then get a charger onto the battery and charge it up fully till it doesn't accept any current. A full charged good battery will only draw maybe 1/2 amp of current. So make sure you have a full charge on it and all the connections are tight. Then give it a crank and see what happens. Let me know how you make out.
